Care Instructions for your new Handwoven piece

Your new handwoven piece has been crafted in the finest natural fibers and has been laundered to full the fibers and to pre-shrink it to its current size.  Follow these easy care instructions to maintain the beauty and function of the piece.

Machine wash on a cold or warm setting with preferred laundry detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Press with steam iron on cotton setting.

Handwash only when necessary in cold water using liquid laundry detergent. Dunk into water or gently swish. Rinse well with water no warmer than the wash water.  While still in the sink, drain the water and roll up the piece, gently squeezing out excess water.  Do not twist or wring.  Roll in a bath towel to blot additional water. Hang over shower rod to dry.  For all fibers except wool, iron with the appropriate setting to improve drapability. Use the rayon setting for bamboo and Tencel.
